We can prepare a planned maintenance and servicing schedule to ensure all aspects of your yacht maintenance are checked each season. Programmes can be planned to suit your personal requirements, from a simple lift out, block and scrub off to winter storage. Our work is carried out by qualified engineers to ensure your electrical and mechanical components are kept in top condition.
LIFT OUT, BLOCK & SCRUB OFF
As well as keeping your yacht in pristine condition, a clean hull and propeller will improve your yachts' performance, plus increase fuel economy and engine cooling efficiency. Lifting your boat to remove growth with a high pressure wash will also allow us to inspect your hull for any damage or problems.
We are able to carry out antifoul applications to keep your yacht in its condition. This involves a complete slurry blast to remove all existing antifoul coatings on the hull, keel and rudders. In addition to normal antifoal coatings, we can also apply Coppercoat, which will reduce the necessity of annual treatment using conventional antifouling paints. The manufacturer advises '' the life of Coppercoat depends on a variety of factors such as water temperature and salinity. However, typically in Northern Europe one should expect effective performance for at least 10 years''
We can offer our expert marine engineering services and advice for engine servicing, diagnostics and repairs, fuel tank and systems, steering systems, rudders and propellers, generators, hydraulics, plumbing and fresh water systems, seacock servicing, gas installations, anode replacement and earth bonding.
Our skilled team can also carry out any general maintenance work such as painting, varnishing, rigging inspection and repairs,
stepping the mast, mast, boom and sail repairs, winches, windlasses and furling systems.
A complete valet service is available to freshen up your yacht and bring it back to a good clean condition.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you any work you may be considering for your yacht.
